ContactBy accessing, registering, or using the arenaph platform available at arenaph.one (hereinafter "arenaph", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the arenaph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the arenaph platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
2.1 arenaph is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable.

3.1 To use the arenaph Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You may hold only one (1) registered account on arenaph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.
3.2 arenaph is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all player accounts. KYC verification is required prior to processing any withdrawals and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.
3.3 Accepted KYC documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, and SSS/GSIS ID. arenaph may request additional supporting documentation at its sole discretion.
3.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request may result in temporary restriction of account functions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenaph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. arenaph strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts.
4.2 You agree to notify arenaph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. arenaph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4.3 arenaph employs TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmission and stores passwords using one-way cryptographic hashing. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure. You acknowledge this inherent limitation.
5.1 arenaph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, net of any applicable processing fees.
5.3 Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification, wagering requirement compliance where applicable, and anti-money laundering review. arenaph reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of funds for any withdrawal request.
5.4 All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency transactions (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. arenaph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.5 arenaph does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the Player.
6.1 arenaph may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, cashback rewards, free bets, and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus funds.
6.2 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of automated software, is strictly prohibited. arenaph reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings upon detection of abuse.
6.3 In the event of a conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arenaph Platform:
8.1 All content on the arenaph Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, user interface elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of arenaph or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from arenaph.
8.2 Your use of the arenaph Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any intellectual property. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to arenaph become the property of arenaph without compensation to you.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenaph shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) damages arising from unauthorized access to your account that result from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) interruption of services due to circumstances beyond arenaph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
9.2 arenaph's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 arenaph is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. All tools are accessible from the account settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation.
10.2 arenaph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction mandated by PAGCOR. Underage gambling is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and Philippine law.
10.3 Gambling should be treated as entertainment. If you believe your gambling is no longer recreational, arenaph encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account or contact our support team for assistance. PAGCOR also operates responsible gaming resources for players in the Philippines.
11.1 arenaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where arenaph reasonably suspects: (a) a violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) underage gambling; (d) bonus abuse; (e) a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request; or (f) any other circumstance that arenaph determines warrants protective action.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. arenaph will comply with all applicable PAGCOR and AMLA requirements in handling funds associated with suspended or terminated accounts.
11.3 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the arenaph Platform will not be permitted to reopen their account during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA), and applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the arenaph Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court.
12.3 Players may also escalate unresolved complaints directly to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels.
arenaph reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the arenaph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

arenaph aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. Complaints that cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction may be escalated to PAGCOR through official channels.
